Bond, 27, a 14-year resident of Stevensville and previously of Edgewater, passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2017.Cody enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed music, watching sports and playing golf.Cody was preceded in death by his brother, Eric Bond. He is survived by his mother Karen Rogers and her husband Nelson, his father, Stacy Bond, and his step-sister, Lauren Rogers. Also survived by his grandmother Marguerite Rogers, and his nephew Caleb Bond and niece Taylor Henkensiefken.Family and friends are invited to celebrate Cody's life on Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 10 am to noon. A funeral service will begin at noon. Murphy, Rev. Mr. Thomas Anthony Age 88 Preceded by parents, Joseph W. and Dorothy M. (McCarthy) Murphy; brother, William J. Murphy; son, Kevin S. Murphy. Survived by wife of 66 years, Kathleen Murphy; children, Colleen Murphy, Maureen (Dave) Frisch, Nora (Monte), Matt Murphy; grandchildren, Ryan, Jillian (James), Meghan (Riley), Shannon (Andrew), and Ben; great grandchildren, Mason, Claire, Joseph, Reilly, Rory, Rowan, Reece, Reghan, Rhyann, Eva, Dylan, and Henry; and many nieces and nephews. Thomas proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He worked as a radio announcer and news editor in Dyersville, TN and Worthington, MN. He spent 31 years working for Northern Natural Gas, 20 years as a chaplain for Bergan Mercy Hospital. He was an honorary life member of the Knights of Columbus, a member of American Legion Post #1 and a 39 year ordained permanent deacon for the Archdiocese of Omaha. VISITATION 5-7pm with a ROSARY SERVICE at 7pm Sunday, March 26 at St. Robert Bellarmine, 11802 Pacific Street.
